We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange or return by following the steps below.
How to Submit a Request
To submit an exchange or return request, please visit the link below and enter your Order ID or Shipment Number:
Time Frame
- Exchange: within 7 days of receiving your order
- Return: within 3 days of receiving your order
Fees
- Each exchange or return request will incur a handling & shipping fee of $35.
Important Notes
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Fragrances, undergarments, or customized items are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
- If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
